By joining the workshops and programs of the Website, you acknowledge that your results will depend on variables and factors outside our control including, but not limited to: user motivation, user health and fitness, user compliance with our recommendations and suggestions, and other factors which neither party has control over. Therefore, while we have made every effort to accurately represent the potential benefits, we cannot guarantee any specific results or outcomes from our programs.

Refunds and Exchange

We want you to be satisfied with your coaching program purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange in accordance with the terms below.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are only available within 14 days of the start of the program.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed no more than 20% of the coaching program content.
  • Your refund will only include the equivalent of the proportion of the program which have not been completed.
  • To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact Form with your name, program name, and reason for your request.
  • Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are only available within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must have completed no more than 50% of the coaching program content. This includes, if for any reason you were not able to attend the program or workshop.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us through our Contact Form with your name, program name, and reason for your request.
  • Once your exchange request is received and approved, we will provide you with access to a new coaching program or workshop of equal or lesser value within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds and exchanges are not available for coaching programs or workshops that have been completed in full.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • This policy applies only to coaching programs purchased through www.agustinfong.com. For coaching programs purchased through other platforms, please refer to their respective refund and exchange policies.

Late or missing refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
