If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange in accordance with the terms below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refunds are only available within 14 days of the start of the program.<\/li>\n<li>To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed no more than 20% of the coaching program content.<\/li>\n<li>Your refund will only include the equivalent of the proportion of the program which have not been completed.<\/li>\n<li>To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact Form with your name, program name, and reason for your request.<\/li>\n<li>Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days to your original method of payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Exchange Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exchanges are only available within 30 days of purchase.<\/li>\n<li>To be eligible for an exchange, you must have completed no more than 50% of the coaching program content. This includes, if for any reason you were not able to attend the program or workshop.<\/li>\n<li>To request an exchange, please contact us through our Contact Form with your name, program name, and reason for your request.<\/li>\n<li>Once your exchange request is received and approved, we will provide you with access to a new coaching program or workshop of equal or lesser value within 10 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refunds and exchanges are not available for coaching programs or workshops that have been completed in full.<\/li>\n<li>To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<li>We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice.<\/li>\n<li>This policy applies only to coaching programs purchased through <a href=\"https:\/\/agustinfong.com\/es\/\" target=\"_new\">www.agustinfong.com<\/a>.
